Amuse 

  • Avocado Bruschetta 

Starter - select one of the following: 

  • Marinated Artichoke and Baby Spinach Salad, cucumbers, goat feta, candied almonds, pomegranate molasses vinaigrette 
  • Smoked Salmon Rillettes, fried capers, grilled bread 
  • Summer Salad, heirloom tomato, roasted eggplant puree, basil 

Main - select one of the following: 

  • Summer Vegetable Ratatouille, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, basil, sauce piperade 
  • Pan seared Lemon Sole, brown butter meuniere, swiss chard 
  • Grilled Hangar Steak, grilled romaine lettuce, salsa verde

Dessert - select one of the following: 

  • Strawberry Panna Cotta, strawberry rose cake, macerated strawberries, whipped ganache, strawberry streusel 
  • Chocolate Mousse Cake, chocolate crumble, bittersweet chocolate ice cream
